Manipulators are pantographs with hydraulic drive. The hydraulic drive allows you to achieve the maximum speed of movement of the product (the speed of movement of the gripper with the product is equal to the speed of the operator's movements) in combination with high accuracy / accuracy of product positioning (gripping with the product accurately follows the movements of the operator), as well as ergonomics of the process (lack of resistance during movement, inertia and unnecessary movements, both with the product and without him). Execution on a column with a base attached to the floor, a model with a parallelogram and a reinforced boom. In general, the manipulator consists of a drive head mounted on a supporting structure (column), using a pivoting device that rotates the head 360 degrees. The drive head has a composite articulated boom. A console is installed at the end of the boom for rigid fastening of the lifting device. Manipulators connected to a device for gripping products are designed to ensure the movement of products in the work area.

The manipulator drive consists of a pneumatic cylinder and a system of specialized precision pressure regulators that allow for fast, but smooth and accurate positioning of the manipulator during vertical movement. The manipulators have a unique manual control system in the form of a rotary handle, which provides the most convenient adjustment of the drive force by natural hand movement during the movement of the working link and without any additional settings when the load changes. The manipulators are installed on a concrete floor.

Pantograph manipulators with pneumatic drive with suspended design are used in case of limited space, when it is not possible to put the lift on the floor. In this case, a suspended support column is used, which is mounted directly to the ceiling or to ceiling support structures. This type of lifting mechanism saves the working space under the manipulator, facilitates the supply of electric and pneumatic power.
